Cortes Family Physicians Prevention, Wellbeing and Healthcare Program Services.

DHP is a special program designed by Dr. Cortes for people who do not have private or government health insurance with excellent services at very reasonable prices. We want to serve in the most efficient way to take care of your health and that of his family.

Members of the program will have access to both healthcare and non-healthcare services at reasonable prices, including general medical checkups, laboratory and preventive screenings, educational seminars, alternative therapies and spiritual advisory services. The program does not include specialty care.
